Bituminous Coating & Membrane

Bituminous waterproofing remains one of the most reliable and cost-effective methods for protecting below-grade structures, roofs, and foundations. We apply both bituminous coatings and torch-on membranes depending on project requirements. Our coating systems provide a flexible, seamless barrier ideal for concrete foundations and retaining walls. For higher performance needs, we install SBS-modified bituminous membranes that offer excellent elongation, UV resistance, and puncture resistance. All installations include proper surface preparation, priming, and detailing at critical junctions to ensure complete waterproofing integrity.
